As far as I (Meeps) has understood it is Gore Verbinsky - the director of POTC - on the left of this picture.

The producer Jerry Bruckheimer in the middle.

And definitely the actors Bloom and Depp on the left - taking directions.

Not that pirate like ... He :-)
